ANDREW WADDELL
Managing Director
A law graduate of the University of Leeds and College of Law York, Andrew trained with Eversheds before joining Lovells tax department in 2007.
Appointed as a Senior Tax Associate following Lovells merger with Hogan & Hartson, Andrew has advised on a broad range of tax issues with a particular focus on real estate transactions and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Prior to founding Winslows Tax Law Limited, Andrew spent 3 years working in the field of private client tax consultancy.

FRAN DAVIE
Projects Director
A law graduate of the University of Birmingham, Fran was a DLA Piper partner and a recognised leader in his field of commercial and tech disputes before transitioning into law firm management and consultancy.
With considerable experience and expertise focused on improving and optimising efficiencies and profitability in all aspects of law firm operations, as well as strategic growth generally, Fran has played pivotal roles in firms that can be described as both traditional and disrupter. He has also been Acquisitions Director in a listed software company.

MATTHEW WENTWORTH-MAY
Tax Lawyer
A law graduate of University of Southampton and taxation masters graduate of University of London, Matthew qualified as a tax barrister at Pump Court Tax Chambers before working for City law firm Olswang for 11 years.
Matthew advises clients on corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including M&A and private equity transactions, business restructurings, joint ventures and venture capital investments. Matthew also specialises in international tax and VAT.

SHARRON CARLE
Tax Lawyer
Sharron is a graduate of Nottingham Law School and trained at Mills & Reeve.
Before becoming a Consultant Lawyer, Sharron was a partner and head of Tax at Davies Arnold Cooper. She is a tax solicitor with over 18 years experience, having worked on a broad range of tax matters for multinational corporates funds and banks as well as for owner managed businesses, investors and developers. Sharron is particularly well known for her extensive knowledge relating to complex SDLT matters and is committed to providing clients with clear, practical and realistic advice.

EURI YOON
Tax Lawyer
Euri is a graduate of University of Bath and BPP Law School London. She was trained at Laytons LLP and worked there for 11 years.
Upon qualifying in 2007, Euri was offered a permanent position within the tax department of Laytons and was promoted to Associate Partner in 2013. Euri is also a Chartered Tax Adviser and Chartered Management Accountant. Prior to joining Laytons, she worked as an in-house lawyer/management accountant at Samsung for 3 years.
She is experienced in advising a broad range of tax matters including corporate M&As, real estate tax, tax aspects of share schemes, expat remuneration planning, non-dom tax planning and VAT advice.

JAMES BADCOCK
Tax Lawyer
James graduated in History at the University of Cambridge where he also obtained an MPhil in Historical Studies, before studying at the College of Law.
He trained at Macfarlanes and after a total of seven years at the firm he joined Collyer Bristow as a partner in their Geneva office, before spending five years as Head of Private Client Services in London. Subsequently he was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
James specialises in all aspects of Private Client advice, from estate planning to the taxation of resident non-domiciled individuals and offshore trusts. He has advised on complex disclosures to HMRC and has given expert input on professional negligence disputes involving tax matters. He has experience dealing with clients in a wide range of jurisdictions around the world and frequently works with foreign lawyers and trustees.

JD Ghosh
Tax Lawyer
A law graduate of University of London, JD is both qualified as a Non Practising barrister and a Practising Solicitor, having worked for a City law firm, a Big Four accountancy firm and thereafter as a tax consultant.
JD advises clients on the designing, drafting and implementation of all types of equity and non-equity based management and employee incentives, mainly in the unquoted (including AIM) arena and often with an international dimension. He also advises on employment taxation (including internationally mobile and non-domiciled employees), partnership taxation and on the structuring of private equity funds.

PHILLIPA JANE
Tax Lawyer
Philippa is a graduate of the University of Exeter where she also obtained a PhD in Legal Philosophy.
She trained with international law firm Richards Butler in the City and on qualification joined their tax department (which subsequently merged with US firm Reed Smith). Philippa later moved to Reading to establish a tax team with regional firm, Field Seymour Parkes.
Philippa is experienced in advising on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions, venture capital reliefs and corporate restructuring.
Philippa’s extensive experience as a non-executive director, combined with her current experience as an actively involved owner of a vineyard means that she is able to bring a practical and commercially pragmatic approach to the advice she provides to clients.

AMINA RHAMAT
Legal Executive
A law graduate of the University of London, Amina joined international law firm Appleby Global , Mauritius in 2007, working as a Legal Executive in the field of corporate fiduciary work, tax and trusts.
Amina is also currently undertaking a part time postgraduate degree in Financial Regulation and Compliance (LLM) at BPP University.

With 25 years of experience in all aspects of accounts and finance Djan specialises in law firms with extended knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules.
With a close attention to detail and a belief that asking clients what they really want to achieve equips him to work with large organisations as easily as individuals giving our team the support to grow.

WANDA DABROWSKI
Business Development Manager
A Psychology graduate from the University of Leeds with 10 years experience in Business Development and Strategic Digital Marketing.
Wanda transitioned into a Business Development Consultant with a focus on strategic growth for firms in the area of international tax planning and accounting. Wanda is completing a part time Marketing Leadership program with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
